Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Mix your ground Turkey and egg together in a bowl.
  • Add in all your dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Roll into 1" balls and set on a non-stick baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes on 350.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
