Slow Cooker - Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2-3 boneless, skinless, chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Franks red hot sauce original
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Blue cheese dressing
  • 3 cups shredded cheese Mozzarella
  • 1 box (16oz) Penne pasta
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup scallions OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • Set sow cooker on low for 5 hours. Place your chicken in the slow cooker and top with the hot sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese and scallions(optional).
  • After 4 hours, take out the chicken and shred. It should be falling apart. Once the chicken is shredded, place back in the crock pot. Add in the pasta, 1 cup of water, and shredded cheese.
  • Let cook for another hour until the pasta is soft and absorbed into the sauce.
  • Once ready to serve, top w/ more shredded cheese if preferred.
