Set sow cooker on low for 5 hours. Place your chicken in the slow cooker and top with the hot sauce, cream cheese, blue cheese and scallions(optional).
After 4 hours, take out the chicken and shred. It should be falling apart. Once the chicken is shredded, place back in the crock pot. Add in the pasta, 1 cup of water, and shredded cheese.
Let cook for another hour until the pasta is soft and absorbed into the sauce.
Once ready to serve, top w/ more shredded cheese if preferred.
