Chunky sea salt (Celtic) & Pepper
Instructions
On low heat, add butter to a sauté pan (big enough to hold all the lamb chops) and let it melt completely.
Toss in garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Let simmer into the butter to flavor up the glaze. About 1-2 minutes.
Add in your chops evenly across and turn the heat to medium. Sear the chops on each side for about 3-4 minutes per side.
Tip: Use a spoon to scoop the butter sauce and drizzle on top of the lamb as they cook.
