Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups brussel sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Wash brussel sprouts, then cut off the stem and then length wise in half.
  • Mix olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl to fully coat the Brussel sprouts.
  • Add to a baking sheet and place in the oven at 425F for 15-20 minutes.
  • As the Brussel sprouts bake, use the same bowl to mix the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar.
  • When fully cooked and crispy, immediately coat the Brussel sprouts in the maple glaze mixture. Let them sit and absorb for about 2 minutes before serving.
