Add olive oil chopped garlic, onion, carrots and celery to pot.
Add onion powder, salt and pepper and mix before topping with lid. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes (stir periodically) or until veggies start to soften.
Rinse beans and add in along with cooked turkey. Mix ingredients together well before adding your turkey broth or chicken broth. Let soup start to simmer.
Add in rice and turn heat to low for about 5 minutes or until rice is cooked and soup is ready to serve.
