Chicken Cutlet Strips

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil coat your pan
  • 1 lb chicken raw
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • sea salt optional
  • lemon optional

Instructions

  • Add olive oil to a pan and put on low heat to start.
  • Mix eggs in a small bowl.
  • Add bread crumbs to a plate.
  • Prep chicken, cut and wash into small strips.
  • Place strip into the egg (one piece at a time) then into the bread crumbs until completely covered.
  • Once you have several pieces of chicken ready to cook, slowly add to the pan and flip occasionally to cook evenly.
  • Once chicken is crisp put onto a plate with a paper towel to absorb the access oil. You can keep adding chicken into the pan and repeat the process until all pieces are cooked.
  • As chicken is cooling down add sea salt and freshly squeezed lemon.
