These Rosemary Garlic Butter Lamb chops melt in your mouth and are so incredibly addictive. I have to say these are one of the easiest recipes to follow and have on repeat.
When I was little, my Nonna use to make lamb dishes all the time. I was always hesitant to try it but now as an adult it’s one of my favorite things to make.
This recipe is so simple and it takes less than 10 minutes. The price of lamb is definitely up there these days so it’s for sure a treat when we do have it.
Since it’s just the two of us I buy the pack of 4 chops. So, to start add in 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan for every chop. In my case, 4 tablespoons.
As the butter melts, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary for the perfect flavor! Let this simmer together for about 2 minutes before adding in the lamb.
Turn the heat up to medium- high and sear those chops for about 3-4 minutes per side. DONE!
Simply add a side of your choice and you have a meal. Some of my favorite sides with this is broccolini, mashed potatoes and Glazed carrots.
I hope you enjoy these as much as we do.
