I’m very big on Tacos and usually they’re my go-to order when I’m out to eat. I decided I needed to create a simple and delicious homemade option for when the mood strikes. Here is my version of a healthy fish tacos recipe.
These healthy fish tacos are great for those warmer months when you’re craving something light and fresh. However, I will never turn down a taco no matter what day of the year. I love this recipe because it’s so easy and quick. A home cooked meal doesn’t have to be painful with long hours slaving over the stove.
My fish of choice for this recipe is typically haddock but some alternatives could be halibut, tilapia or cod. The trick is to season, season, season! Fresh lemon, paprika, fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Don’t be shy! The seasoning is key to really bringing out all the flavor.
Side note this is the perfect guilt free mean since it’s packed with omega-3 fatty acids and protein so you can feel good about devouring this bad boy.
