Okay, this recipe is a new favorite! Thanks to the low carb trend on TikTok, I’ve found a new favorite creation I’m calling the Chicken, Broccoli and Cheese Bake. After continuous scrolling, I got so much Inspo for a low carb bake that still felt like comfort food and DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. Try for yourself.
A Low Carb Win!
What you’ll need:
- 2 -3 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 bag of broccoli florets
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Start by cooking your chicken or use precooked chicken. Once fully cooked with your favorite seasonings add the chicken to a non-stick baking sheet. Make sure it’s distributed evenly across the pan.
Next, sauté the broccoli and add your favorite seasoning to this as well. Also, add in your favorite cheese (I mixes in parmesan). Once fully cooked, add to the baking dish along with the chicken.
Finally, top with mozzarella cheese. I used the pre-sliced as well as shredded. Cover all the broccoli and chicken so that the cheese melts throughout perfectly.
Preheat the oven to 350. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes to crisp it up.
Let it cool down for about 5 minutes before serving. This combo literally melts in your mouth and is so delicious. If your a hot sauce fan, trust me and add a drizzle over the top. Chef’s Kiss!
