This honey garlic butter chicken recipe is super simple and versatile. You can use whatever kind of chicken you have available. Here I used chicken breasts but you can use cutlets, chicken thighs, tenderloins, etc.
What you’ll need:
- Chicken (3-4 chicken breasts)
- Butter (2Tbsp)
- 1-2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
- Honey (1Tbsp)
- Seasoning: Garlic Powder, Parsley (Fresh or died) and Salt & Pepper
Start by seasoning your chicken with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Make sure to coat generously on both sided. Meanwhile, add the butter to a pan and let that melt on low heat.
Once butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and let that sauté into the butter for about 2 minutes. Add in the honey and stir into the butter, garlic mixture until melted well together for about a minute.
Add the chicken into the pan and cook on medium heat. Cover the pan and let the chicken soak into the honey garlic butter for about 5-6 minutes then flip to coat the other side. Cook for another 5-6 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, go in with fresh or dried parsley (optional) and cook on each side for about another 1-2 minutes. Spoon the access sauce over the chicken for additional flavor.
Let cool, plate and serve!
This is one of our favorite chicken dishes and we typically serve it with broccoli and rice but it pairs well with so many different sides. Hope you try and enjoy as much as we do.

New follower. Love the aesthetic of your website. Very clean and inviting. Also I appreciate that you went straight into the recipe instead of doing what so many Pinterest articles do which is make you read through paragraphs of stuff about the ingredients before you finally get to the recipe. That drives me crazy! I like that you put the recipe first. Can’t wait to try this.
