The cravings are real this week for a spaghetti and meatball dinner. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. These grass fed meatballs are my favorite and are so easy to make.
What you’ll need:
- Grass-Fed Beef (organic)
- Bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Eggs
- Oregano
- Fresh Basil
- Salt & Pepper
I love to make spaghetti and meatballs and have been using grass-fed beef lately. Grass-fed labels are essentially recognizing how the cow was fed during its lifespan, consuming grasses or hay versus a mixture of grains and raised in confinement.
This is a personal preference that we enjoy and find extremely flavorful but the beef for this recipe is entirely up to you.
Add the meat, eggs, and all seasonings together in a mixing bowl. Mix well and then add in the breadcrumbs in cheese. Lightly toss together and once all combined, start forming the meatballs. I typically make about 1″ sized rounds and place evenly across a sheet pan.
Set the oven to 400 degrees. Once preheated and all the meatballs are formed, place in the over for 30-35 minutes or until done all the way through.
Remove and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. I personally love them served over pasta with freshly grated parmesan and freshly diced basil.
These Grass-fed meatballs are a perfect Sunday dinner recipe you can’t beat. Enjoy this carb friendly dish!
